We created Dollar Curl Club for the simple fact that we couldn’t find hair care products that were both AFFORDABLE and of HIGH QUALITY that were made for women with naturally curly/kinky hair. Built on the premise of disrupting the traditional way of doing business in the hair care industry, Dollar Curl Club hopes to become the “go-to” brand you’ve been looking for; a brand that provides an affordable, fun and simple shopping experience for all.
How do you ensure quality?
It starts with choosing high quality ingredients. We sustainably produce products that are natural and/or organic. Next, a great deal of research and development goes into creating each product, making sure that they not only perform, but last. And finally, it’s about having a great, carefully chosen team who can bring the products to life. Before any product leaves our door, our Quality Control Team makes sure every bottle meets our meticulously strict guidelines so that all you have to worry about is enjoying the product.
Where are your products made?
We are MADE IN THE USA! All of our products are made at our facility in South Florida, Houston, or Atlanta, Georgia.
How do you offer lower prices than competitors for the same quality?
It is quite simple actually. We simply bypass traditional distribution channels and implement a direct-to-consumer approach. By cutting out the middlemen, retail markups, and the high cost of getting into retail stores, we are able to sell our products directly to you at wholesale prices. This allows for better products, better pricing, and an overall better experience.

Ordering & Shipping
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping prices varies depending on your order size. We negotiate with our couriers to be able to offer you the lowest possible prices.
When will I get my order?
Most orders in the US are delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take longer to arrive. Your shipment confirmation email will include tracking information.
International shipping varies depending on the destination however, deliveries tend to average about 7-21 business days.
What if I need to change my order?
If you’d like to change your order, contact us as soon as possible at Hello@DollarCurlClub.com or via our direct line at 1-833-MY-CURLS and one of our Curlsultants™ will further assist you.
When will you ship my order?
Your first order is processed immediately upon being placed and will be shipped out to you within 24 hours. If you opted for our optional subscription plan, your recurring orders will be shipped on the same day as your initial order date for subsequent months.

We ship Worldwide and to all addresses in the U.S.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover.
Subscription & Membership
Is Subscription mandatory and is there a fee to join?
Subscription is completely Optional. You have the option to select "One-Time Purchase" for each item you would not like added to a subscription plan.
We will also NEVER charge you a membership fee. You only pay for the products you order.
How does DCC subscription work?
It is quite simple actually. On the products page (www.DollarCurlClub.com/products), select "Add To Cart" for each product you would like to add to your subscription box.
Here you will have the option to choose whether you would like to have the item delivered to you every 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months.
You will also have the option to select "One-Time Purchase" if you would not like for a particular item to be a part of your subscription.
Repeat as necessary for each additional product you would like to add to your subscription box. And that's it!
Keep in mind that this is completely customizable, so you may select to have one item delivered every 2 months and another delivered every 1 month, etc.
You have the freedom to log in to your account and modify your kit, pause your deliveries, or cancel your subscription at anytime.
What if I don’t need products every month?
No worries! From your Account page, you may adjust your shipping frequency at anytime. Whether you would like products shipped every other month or every three months, we have the option for you. You may even pause your shipments or skip an upcoming shipment all from your Account page. Don’t worry, we only charge you for months that we actually ship your products.
How can I remove products from my box?
To remove items from your next box, login to your Dollar Curl Club account. Select the Subscription tab on the left hand side of the page. Once there, select the items you are interested in modifying then simply delete the product(s) by clicking the "DELETE" button at the top of the page.
When will I be billed?
Your original order date determines your recurring billing date. For example, if you join on the 15th, your subsequent shipments will be billed and processed on the 15th of each month or subsequent month that you chose. Your box will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days of your bill date.
What is your cancelation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason from your Accounts page. We’d hate to see you leave so if there is an issue with anything you received, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.
To cancel a subscription:
1. Login to your account.
2. Select "My Subscriptions". Here you will see all the individual items you are subscribed to.
3. Select "View" next to the subscription item you would like to edit
4. Here you will see options to pause, cancel, or edit the subscription.
Repeat Steps 3 & 4 for each item you are interested in editing.
What is your return policy?
Need to return your order for any reason? No worries! We have a 30-day Money-Back return policy so simply reach out to us at Hello@DollarCurlClub.com or login to your account and select Returns and we will take care of the rest.
When can I expect my refund?
Please allow 5-10 days for your refund. We will send you an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
If you have a damaged or defective item, email us at Hello@DollarCurlClub.com. We’ll take care of you!
