As with all other Manetain products, this mask did NOT disappoint! I used it for the first time after receiving it 2 weeks ago. It has great slip and made my curls really pop. I applied it to my hair and used a wide tooth comb to distribute it. My hair was looking great already! I let it stay in about an hour (taking advantage of working from home) and rinse it out with great results! It is another staple that will stay in rotation with other products I've purchased from here!

This is an excellent hair mask- the protein balance is very good. I often have a hard time with protein, but this did not leave my hair feeling hard and brittle, but soft and strong. However- I'm not purchasing again, the artificial fragrance is too strong for me personally. It's a lovely fragrance, but I do not tolerate fragrances well.

It’s a good product and enough on its own for deep conditioning and detangling but for my kinky hair to reap the full benefits I like to add warm raw honey and hot oil to this product and then warm the rest of it up after it’s mixed in well.

i used this as a detangler during wash day, and it worked wonders! helped turn my 4c kinks and knots into smooth bouncy curls. very sweet smelling, the shea butter is very prominent. left it in for 30 minutes, and my hair was SO soft afterwards. would absolutely recommend! my only complaint is how small the container is. i used a majority of it in my very first use.

I generally dont like lower cost products, especially a hair mask. I correlate price to quality but Unlike other masks I've used, this one feels so much more moisturizing and makes my hair so much softer. Only decided to try it since my funds is a bit low (out of work) as a result of this coronavirus pandemic so couldnt buy my regular $30 mask from Sephora.

My hair is very thick and curly. The ends are damaged from heat and coloring. I do oil treatments once a week and only wash my hair 2-3 times a week but NOTHING has made my hair feel like this product does. There is an immediate difference as soon as this product touches my hair. It leaves my hair feeling so silky, even after I rinse it out and dry my hair. Would definitely recommend and will repurchase when I run out.

I have tried a few other hair masks, but this one is the best! First of all, I have very thick, wavy, color treated hair that is proned to dryness.
I wash my hair using their cowash and then worked this through. I wrapped a plastic bag around my hair and let my hair soak it up for about 15 minutes. Rinsed hair as directed. It was so easy to comb! After I blew it dry, I couldn't believe how silky smooth it was! It is shinier and more manageable than it ever was. I will always have this on hand.
